No. NuuMee generates AI video from your character reference and a scene description. Once you download the output, you can edit it in any video editor (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.). NuuMee handles the generation, you handle the cut.

Yes. All paid tiers (Creator $29/mo and above) grant full commercial usage rights to videos you generate. Free tier outputs are watermarked and limited to personal use.

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial. You get 25 credits to generate watermarked videos at any time. When you're ready for unwatermarked, commercial-grade output, upgrade to Creator.

Each video generation costs credits based on length, resolution, and model. A typical 5-second video costs around 5-15 credits depending on the model. Credits do not roll over month-to-month on subscription plans, but you can purchase one-time credit packs for projects that exceed your monthly allowance.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You retain access through the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees or "win-back" friction.

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who haven't used more than 20% of their credits. Reach out to support and we'll process it within 3 business days. We don't do partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Upload one reference image of your character. NuuMee extracts visual features (face structure, hair, clothing if specified) and conditions the AI generation to preserve those features across each video you produce. The same character can appear in different scenes, outfits, and contexts while remaining recognizable.

Up to 30 seconds per generation on Creator and Studio tiers. You can extend longer videos by chaining multiple generations together with NuuMee's scene-continuation feature. Enterprise tier supports longer single generations on request.

Free and Creator: up to 720p. Studio: up to 1080p. Enterprise: up to 4K depending on the source model. All exports are MP4 (H.264) with no watermark on paid tiers.

Batch generation is rolling out to Studio tier in 2026. For now, you can queue up to 5 generations at a time on Creator and 20 on Studio. Enterprise tier supports unlimited queueing.

Both. You can describe a scene in text alone, or upload a character image plus a scene description. Most creators get better results with the image-plus-text approach because it locks character identity.

NuuMee aggregates multiple state-of-the-art video models including Google VEO 3.1, Kling, Hailuo, and others. You don't pick the model directly — NuuMee routes each generation to the best model for the task based on scene type, character requirements, and current performance.

NuuMee accesses VEO 3.1 through our infrastructure partnership stack, which makes it available to creators directly through our interface without requiring individual API access from Google. You get the same model quality without the waitlist.

No. Your uploaded images and generated videos are not used for model training. They are stored in your account for your access and deleted from our processing pipeline after generation completes.

Most videos generate in 1-3 minutes depending on length and the selected model. Studio tier gets priority queue access which typically cuts wait time by 50%+. Generation time also varies with current system load.

Yes. The web app is fully responsive and works on iOS and Android browsers. There is no native mobile app currently — we recommend Chrome or Safari on mobile. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

Yes. We support Google sign-in (one-click) and email/password. We do not currently support Apple, GitHub, or other OAuth providers — let support know if you'd like one added.

Email or chat through the in-app support widget on any page. Creator and Studio tiers get email/chat support. Enterprise gets priority response with a dedicated account contact.

Enterprise tier includes REST API access for programmatic video generation. Lower tiers are web app only. Contact sales if you need API access — we can sometimes accommodate Studio-tier customers with specific use cases.
